Member of Parliament for Hornchurch, and Shadow Home Affairs Minister
"On-line crime is one of the fastest growing crimes in the country. We all need to do a lot more to protect ourselves from the threat of the cyber-fraudsters and cyber-scammers. That's why I welcome the practical information provided by cyberfraud.org.uk to help prevent someone from becoming the next victim of cybercrime. It's also useful to have a source of news highlighting emerging threats and potential new scams so that vigilance levels can be raised."
The Conservative's prospective Parliamentary candidate for Cheltenham.
Cyberfraud.org.uk has received full support from local man Mark Coote, Cheltenham’s prospective Parliamentary Conservative Candidate who has praised Caroline’s initiative in establishing a website to advise members of the public. He has also ensured support from the Conservative Front Bench and shadow Minister for E-Crime, James Brokenshire MP, will be visiting Caroline in January to discuss progress of the website
"Cyber crime is vast and the gap in provision when it comes to advice is also huge. Police do not currently have the resources to combat it effectively. The site will enable people to report their experiences and urge others to be aware of the dangers out there."
Member of the European Parliament for South West England and Gibraltar and Leader of the Alliance of Liberals and Democrats for Europe in the European Parliament
“Cyber crime is a growing problem, with increasing numbers of people caught out by online fraudsters. Increasing awareness amongst businesses and the public is vital to stop these criminals.”
As this site reaches the public domain, we would expect our testimonials to grow significantly.
